WHAT MAKES YOUR TREATMENTS DIFFERENT?All treatments are completely bespoke. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all routine, I carefully assess your skin’s needs at every appointment and create a treatment that supports your skin barrier, restores balance, and leaves you feeling truly cared for.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?I work with only high-quality, professional-grade skincare products. These are chosen not for trends, but for their proven ability to support skin health, repair, and long-term results.

DO YOU OFFER ADD-ONS TO FACIALS?Yes, you can enhance your treatment with options such as Dermalux LED, Thai Foot Massage, Gua Sha, Facial Cupping, Chinese Facial Acupressure, and more. These can be added when booking or discussed during your appointment.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TREATMENT TO BOOK?If you’re unsure, I recommend starting with a Bespoke Facial or booking a Skin Consultation with OBSERV 520x analysis. This gives us the chance to look at your skin in detail and create a personalised plan that’s right for you.

ARE YOUR TREATMENTS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?Absolutely. Skin health and barrier repair are at the heart of what I do. Every treatment is tailored, so if your skin is sensitive, reactive, or heat-prone, I’ll adapt the products and techniques to ensure it’s both safe and effective.

HOW OFTEN SHALL I GET A FACIAL?We recommend that you come in every 4 weeks for optimal results.

CAN I CONTINUE MY NORMAL SKINCARE AFTER A TREATMENT?I’ll always give you personalised aftercare advice, but generally you should avoid active ingredients, direct heat, or exfoliation for a few days. Gentle, hydrating skincare is encouraged to maintain your results.

Our personalised facials and high-quality skincare combined with the latest technology will help keep your skin healthy and glowing.

HOW CAN I MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL SKINCARE RESULTS AT HOME?We know there is no ‘one size fits all’. At Skin by Catherine Maria, we use high quality product ranges such as AlumierMD and Epionce which is available for purchase. To ensure that the correct products are being used, we will personalise the products for you, as well as providing a bespoke skincare regime plan. Our goal is to provide you with expert advice in maintaining your skin through healthier lifestyle choices, appropriate professional products, and skincare treatments.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?If you would like to book an appointment, please click on ‘BOOK NOW’ which will take you to the booking system. Once you have filled in your details, you will receive an email confirmation.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment – please note that evening slots (Wednesday and Thursday) are extremely popular with clients and we cannot guarantee that your preferred slot will be available.

HOW DO I GET THERE?Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive an email that will provide all details and information on how to arrive. Please read through the parking and arrival instructions before coming to your appointment. If you are a new client and do not know how to access the back route, please ring the front doorbell. If you are an existing client, please come through the shared access back route.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM RUNNING LATE?If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM EARLY?If you have arrived early, please wait in the car until your appointment time is due.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?We currently accept cash or bank transfer.

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased in the studio or online. If you would like to purchase one, please send an email to info@skinbycatherinemaria.com. Please state whether you would like to have a physical or online voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase.
